Outside, the house has two large patio areas, at the front and rear, that are perfect for al fresco dining or simply enjoying the sunshine. A large 15×8 metre swimming pool is the focal point of the landscaped garden with its orange, apple and olive trees. There is also space set aside for badminton and other activities. A bbq and dining area, shaded by mature trees, has been created by the gardeners within easy access of the house.

Sunbathing terrace and lawns with delightful views. Barbecue terrace perfect for al fresco dining. The private swimming pool is 15 x 8 metres. Badminton court. Car parking area. The large gardens together with the vineyard with many different, quaint areas, invite guests to simply relax in the shade or exercise every morning.

“Stunning location”
Amazing villa, beautiful area. We were 2 families with 9 children ranging from 20 months to 15, there was ample space in the villa which is beautifully restored. The villa is well equipped with plenty of outside space which is wonderfully kept with a fantastic pool. We felt car hire was essential as very little is within walking distance of the villa, however the local taxi service was very reliable and reasonably priced.
“Lovely spacious Villa”
Lovely location, very spacious villa for larger families or groups, loved our time their. A very nice part of Portugal, grandchildren loved the pool, and very large garden. Very many lovely places to visit all within driving distance. Loved the walk through the Vines to the little local bars. Sergio works very hard to keep the place in order. The sun never stopped shining! Would definitely recommend this lovely villa.

“3 Families, 1 Villa and a great time had by all!”
8 Adults and 6 Kids, Quinta de Agriboa looked after us well. The highlight has to be the pool, but the rooms and other facilities were also great. Sergio and Diana were easy to deal with and a couple of minor issues were resolved very quickly. The Villas location was perfect, 10 minutes from Ponte de Lima and 30 minutes from the beach. We had a fantastic holiday thanks to how well the house worked for our group.
“A fantastic villa in a beautiful location”
We were a party of 14, crossing 4 generations, and couldn’t have been more impressed. Plenty of space indoors and outdoors, with a great pool and stunning views in all directions. Excellent,spacious bedrooms.John and Sergio could not have been more helpful. Never having visited the region before, we enjoyed excursions to Ancora, Viana, Bom Jesus do Monte and, best of all, Ponte de Lima, a charming town 10 minutes drive away. Food and wine both cheap and first rate. We shall certainly book again!
